We are searching for a Director of Business Management – Industry and Partner Sales (IPS) Strategy & Operations. Reporting to the Senior Director of IPS Strategy and Operations (S&O), you will have the unique opportunity to function as the over-arching IPS Business Management Director, work in close partnership with the IPS Chief of Staff, IPS business management community, IPS Executive Office, and lead/manage a highly diverse range of strategic business operational workloads including:
IPS organization business rhythms (RoB) IPS organizational blueprint/headcount management IPS OPEX/budget management procedures/processes IPS business tools and infrastructure supporting organizational structure, content sharing and collaboration IPS core operational procedures/processes IPS business management community development/enrichment IPS internal org health measures/key performance indicators (KPIs) IPS strategic projects/initiatives as prioritizedIn this role, you will need to be self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and skilled at communications in an agile environment while driving high quality results. You will develop relationships across all levels of the organization, and leverage knowledge of IPS’ culture, goals, and business approach to enable organizational clarity, effectiveness and impact across our teams.
