The HVAC Platform at Marmon includes M&M Manufacturing, Coilmaster/HPT, and TMI Climate Solutions. Together, we deliver innovative HVAC solutions across industries and are now expanding into the fast-growing data center market with advanced cooling technologies.
What You’ll Do
Lead business development strategy focused on data center growth.Build relationships with end users (e.g., Meta, AWS, Microsoft), consultants, GCs, and co-location companies.Identify new opportunities and align them with platform objectives.Act as the data center subject matter expert for internal teams.Partner with platform companies to meet customer needs.Represent the platform at key industry events.Track pipeline activity and report on results.What You’ll Need
8–10+ years in business development, sales, or commercial leadership.5+ years in the data center market or selling large-scale infrastructure solutions (HVAC preferred).Strong industry relationships with end users, consultants, and contractors.Ability to work independently and drive results.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.What You’ll Gain
