**Description and Requirements**
**About the role:**
We're looking for a strategic, creative and results-oriented leader to join our Global Marketing Leadership Team to drive the Brand strategy and campaign for Lenovo.
Telling a compelling, unique brand story consistently and efficiently around the globe is at the heart of your work. Your knowledge of a social first marketing landscape and your innate passion for inclusivity and purpose-forward brand building. You’ll engage cross-functional disciplines to launch award-winning brand campaigns and communications.
Ultimately, the objectives are to ensure the brand is up to speed and leading in a fast-changing digital world and that it is set up to lead in the future. Throughout this, you will be encouraged to bring fresh thinking to shake up the way we do things with a test-and-learn approach.
As the Director of Brand, you will be fully responsible for defining, developing, and implementing the brand strategy.
+ Applies consumer insights and market intelligence to the process of developing approaches to linking a brand identity to the company and its products.
+ Develops and nurtures relationships with business leaders and regions to understand their market needs, country strategies and insights, then links brand positioning to maximize customer loyalty and connection to the product and company.
+ Uses excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, senior leadership, media and cross-functional teams
+ Partners with cross-functional teams to lead brand planning efforts and develop brand personality.
+ Develops brand guidelines, then drives brand training and governance to ensure the organization is properly implementing the brand strategy.
+ Achieves results in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
+ Consumer -centric, exhibiting dynamic, motivated, and results-oriented creative thinking
+ Direct development of programs that establish and nurture a strong marketing community across marketing disciplines, holding reviews with senior leaders & stakeholders and global partners to deliver the global brand strategy.

You have experience in are excited about the chance to build and grow an evolving brand. You're a natural born collaborator, and enjoy working with a variety of teams, remote and onsite, to gather information and work towards common goals. Stakeholder management is your strong suit, and you're a pro at having a creative while still pragmatic approach that will challenge the status quo. You'll be able to demonstrate examples of creative and unique problem solving. You are an exceptional communicator both written and verbal, ability to translate complex concepts into easy to understand and engaging content.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Degree in Business-related discipline
+ 15+ years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Results-oriented with an exceptional track record of developing profitable engagement marketing programs
+ Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop high-performing and highly engaged teams.
+ Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently, while also able to build strong internal relationships and build consensus on critical initiatives.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable leveraging large amounts of data to drive decisions and a passion for continuous testing and optimization.
+ Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing time and resources based on business impact
+ Passion for delighting and advocating for customers and have an intimate understanding of how and when to influence customer behavior
