Director of Application Systems Full-Time | On-Site | Hershey, PA Industry: Education / Information Technology A highly respected educational institution in Hershey, PA is seeking a Director of Application Systems to lead the strategy, reliability, and support of its enterprise application environment. What You’ll Do + Lead a team supporting a wide range of business applications, including PeopleSoft ERP (HCM, FSCM, ELM), SIS, HR, Finance, Healthcare, and instructional systems. + Ensure applications are secure, reliable, optimized, and available 24/7. + Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, documentation, and troubleshooting. + Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements in technology, data integration, and processes. + Manage operational and capital budgets, vendor relationships, and key contracts. + Collaborate with IT leadership on new system selection and implementation. + Communicate technical concepts clearly to leadership, staff, and vendors.
