Monitor weekly reporting of corporate and foundation awards, grants, and contracts in multiple databases to ensure adequate levels of progress and activity are occurring through the Office of Sponsored Programs and Advancement Gift Agreement Office.

Review and amend gift and grant agreements and documents to ensure compliance with the University of Virginia, IRS, and Council for Aid and Support of Education (CASE) regulations.

Provide a high level of customer service, communicating regularly and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders, and helping to develop custom strategies to meet their needs and/or better support them throughout the agreement process.

In addition to the above-listed responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.
