Health Cancer Digestive Health Heart and Vascular Orthopedics and Tallwood Urology KidneyPosition SummaryThe Director of Accounts Payable will oversee the entire accounts payable function including leading the team processing invoices ensuring timely payments to vendors and maintaining financial accuracy and compliance The Director will be responsible for developing policies improving workflows managing vendor relationships and ensuring adherence to healthcare specific regulations and internal controls The Director collaborates with other departments and is crucial for maintaining the financial health of the organizationKey AccountabilitiesProvide leadership and vision to the team by developing both short and long term business planning that aligns with the organizationrsquos goalsEffectively manage labor cost to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Understand and optimize available information by monitoring productivity evaluating existing processes identifying opportunities for process remediation and implementing best practice for operational performance improvement initiativesProvide leadership with accurate and timely information to influence and support strategic and tactical decision making at all levelsAnticipate and respond to partners needs in a manner that provides added value and generates significant valueAssist in the preparation of various financial activities including data gathering trending and modeling planning and reporting as assignedCreate track report and manage all Payables KPIs including resolution of any pendingrecurring issuesFully support financial close including responding in a timely manner on any queries related to financial closeEnsure all vouchers are accounted in the same month minimize and eliminate any out of period expensesProactively coordinate with supplierspartners to ensure timely receipt of supplier invoices and accrue for any expenses for service renderedmaterials received for which invoices have not been received including accruing for stub periodsEnsure all group reporting and management reporting is done accurately and within deadlinesEnsure full compliance with internal external legal and regulatory standards and requirements Ensure effective control procedures are in place and fully functioning to preclude improprieties from occurringEnsure that all projects and initiatives are
