Key Focus Areas
Develop and maintain strategies for business growth, sales enablement and perform business planning.Prepare and execute project win strategies for mission critical projects using value propositions and unified selling strategies.Collaborate across brands, divisions, and segments to provide optimal solutions to customers.Develop relationships with Builders, brand sales teams, General Contractors, Architects and Engineers, and represent BBNA on a national scale.Develop and manage segment budget and budget reporting, monitoring the overall financial health of the business unit.Set margins and pricing on project bids/estimates.Guide project solutions internally and externally, ensuring smooth hand-offs to various internal clients for execution.Oversee overall project execution and field/project management teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Establish best-practice methodologies and drive continuous process improvement.Manage risk and ensure project compliance with safety, environmental and customer standards.Collaborate with Marketing teams for segment improvement.Manage the hiring process and employment decisions.Experience/Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:
