Overview
The Director (Media Strategy) is at the heart of our Cricket Wireless paid media team tasked with designing best in class media strategies and ad experiences across all facets of the program including Mass and Performance Media.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Integrated media strategy, planning, execution, and measurement across all paid media channels for the Cricket Prepaid media plansWork in close partnership with AT&T’s media agency of record (Hearts & Science) on all components of the media plan and investment process from briefing to reconciliationConsistent and actionable performance analysis and reporting to both improve the media plan performance and to clearly communicate plan performance to the Cricket Wireless media / marketing / commercialization executive leadershipBudget and media operations managementMedia landscape intelligence and thought leadershipCore Competencies
Experience in integrated Media planning with an emphasis in Digital Media / MarketingManagement of large-scale Media Investments and Agency resourcesChange Management: Capability to drive transformation in media operations and adapt to evolving industry trendsMarketing Science / Analytics background with ability to review, understand and present plan performanceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to make informed, data driven decisions quickly and with confidenceStrong relationship builder with a collaborative, inclusive working styleEducation & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (Advanced degree preferred)10+ years of experience in Media, Advertising, Digital Strategy, or Marketing within an agency or marketing-driven organization (3+ years of supervisory experience)Candidates with arrest or convictions records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, , the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, and the California Fair Chance Act.
