We’ve got what you’re looking for. **Job Description:** Parsons is looking for a **Director-Marine Infrastructure Asset Manager** to join our team. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Act as the JCDC representative for all marine infrastructure assets prior to handover to commercial operators. + Conduct condition assessments, audits, and lifecycle planning of marine structures, utilities, and associated facilities. + Develop and implement asset management strategies, maintenance schedules, and performance monitoring systems. + Coordinate with design, construction, and environmental teams to ensure infrastructure meets regulatory and operational standards. + Prepare documentation and data packs required for transition to commercial marina operators. + Manage budgets, contracts, and service providers related to asset maintenance and readiness. + Provide technical input into commercial operator tendering and onboarding processes. + Support the AM department with the preliminary acceptance of all marine infrastructure assets from the internal PMT. + Develop the scope and support the tendering process to onboard a maintenance contractor responsible for safeguarding the structural and operational integrity of all marine infrastructure during a 2 to 3 years mothballing period, until the commercial operator is mobilized. **What Required Skills You’ll Bring:** + Degree in Civil/Marine Engineering, Maritime Management, or related field. + 20+ years’ experience in marine infrastructure, port/marina operations, or asset management. + Strong understanding of maritime regulations, safety standards, and environmental compliance. + Proven ability to manage complex assets and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. + Excellent communication and reporting skills.
