Director/Manager Financial Reporting
Description We are seeking an experienced Finance expert with strong attention to detail to lead financial reporting efforts for a prominent organization in the technology. This role requires the ability to manage complex reporting processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial documents. Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate financial reports Manage earnings per share (EPS) calculations and reporting to maintain transparency. Lead the development and presentation of annual financial plans to support organizational goals. Review and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Ensure timely completion of annual financial reporting processes while adhering to regulatory standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting workflows and improve efficiency. Monitor changes in regulations to ensure all financial documents align with current requirement Direct the implementation of best practices in financial reporting to enhance organizational performanc Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on thorough analysis of financial reports Requirements A minimum of 5-7years of experience in financial reporting, preferably within the semiconductor, technology, or venture capital industries. Expertise in SEC reporting, including compliance and submission standards. Strong knowledge of annual financial planning processes and reporting frameworks. Proven ability to manage EPS calculations and related reporting requirements. Familiarity with preparing and presenting annual financial reports. Exceptional analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to financial data. Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing financial reporting teams and projects.
