Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with core hours between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Applicants hired into this position can work hybrid from WI or IL. When in the office you will work at various locations throughout Madison.

The Director for Magnet & Nursing Excellence will lead initiatives that ensure full compliance with Magnet standards, identify and close gaps, and drive continuous improvement. This role partners closely with HR, nursing leadership, and shared governance councils to advance nursing practice.
