As the Director of International Tax, with Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated, you will oversee all areas of international tax, including planning, compliance, and controversy. Interact and partner with business units, treasury, accounting, finance, and legal functions to identify and address international tax issues, manage international tax risk, and support corporate wide initiatives and transactions. Develop and execute strategies and policies related to international income taxes in line with goals and objectives of the tax department and the Company. Recruit, train, motivate, retain and provide leadership to tax professionals. Develop and coordinate key external and internal consultant relationships. Partner with Management in the U.S. and overseas on strategic and tactical business issues to ensure effective tax planning designed to increase EPS, cash flows, after-tax net income and shareholder value.
