Job Summary The Director of Internal Communication (Clinical) is responsible for developing and driving clinical communication strategy and plans to support organizational goals for physician communication, nursing communication and safety and quality communication. Provides innovative counsel and strategy to executives and leaders for large initiatives. Leads a team to implement plans and support team member engagement in clinical communications. Continuously researches and implements new communication technologies, strategies and best practices for reaching a clinical audience and for communicating clinical information. Collaborates with public relations and marketing team leaders to ensure consistency of messages and help position Novant Health as a national thought leader.
