Details Department: Post Acute Care Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday, DaysLocation: Remote Salary: $118,129 - $159,821 Eligible for an annual bonus incentive.

Responsibilities

Direct assigned program(s) to meet business objectives.

Direct program team to achieve goals.Define program goals and infrastructure to align with business development strategies and partnerships.Direct program through creating program plans, management tools and reporting capabilities.Develop program budget and monitor and adjust plan as resource requirements change.Communicate and document program quality outcomes and progress metrics.Serve as liaison between programs, other internal departments and external partners.Provide orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.Complete performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions.
Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Project Mgmt Professional Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed. preferred

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience
required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's
degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years
being in leadership/management.
Additional Preferences Remote with up to 30% travel At least two years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation with IRF PPS exposure, or one year experience in inpatient rehabilitation with some experience completing the IRF-PAI.
