**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The CSG ITG Director, Infrastructure, serves as a strategic visionary leader to create, manage, and execute technological roadmaps to support CSG service lines such as Physician Practices, Lab Service Line, Hospital-Based Providers, etc. This includes creating and implementing an application cloud strategy for migration from on premise infrastructure to HCA’s cloud environment, as well as reviewing current application/server configuration and architectural designs to address aging infrastructure and scalability.
The Director, Infrastructure manages project and operational teams as necessary to support CSG service lines. This includes technical infrastructure support for eClinicalWorks (EMR) projects and other service line specific applications. The position will assist with eCW SOX compliance and general controls, as necessary to maintain a compliant status. Should infrastructure span to the UK, the position will support and enforce GDPR compliance.
The Director, Infrastructure manages CSG ITG system operations to be “operationally quiet” including leveraging system monitoring tools, implementing continuous support improvement efforts, and working through system lifecycle processes to ensure aging or accruing infrastructure and scalability is addressed. The position will help ensure adherence with HCA enterprise operational standards and policies.
The Director, Infrastructure collaborates with CSG/ITG leaders and stakeholders providing direction and technology implementation support to ensure effective project execution is aligned with CSG operational roadmaps and enterprise standards and policies.
**Responsibilities:**

30% Leadership and Guidance
+ Scope Management – Identification and oversite of scope, risk, and execution.
+ Schedule Management – Accurately scopes out length and difficulty of execution for projects. Measures performance to schedule, is able to anticipate schedule issues and risk areas, and recommends proactive corrective action.
+ Resource Management – Projects future needs and identifies capacity risks/issues, works with Resource Managers to resolve risks and/or personnel concerns.
+ Risk/Issue Management – Oversee the execution of technical projects to ensure risks and issues are managed proactively for success with no impact to project requirements. Guides team and Stakeholders through Risk/Impact analysis. Anticipates complex cross-function issues and facilitates resolution. Escalates issues to executive leadership with the proper balance of urgency.
+ Financial Management – Leads and oversees the cost estimating/planning process for projects with a focus on scope, standards, and operational risks. Gathers and compiles the project budget including capital and operating expenses including equipment components and follows HCA accounting/financial processes.
+ Personnel Management – Supervises and assumes responsibility for team members, evaluates work performance, and makes recommendations for personnel actions.
+ Leading/Mentoring Others – Provides effective leadership for the team. Establishes and maintains an environment of engagement, trust, and empowerment. Directing with humility and openness.

**Education:**
+ Technical Training Certifications preferred
+ Associate's degree preferred
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ Master’s degree preferred
**Experience:**
+ 5 or more years required
+ 7 or more years preferred
+ Prefer 8+ years of IT experience, including 4+ years managing large, (5,000+ hours) complex project
+ Leadership experience required
+ Management experience preferred
**Other Qualifications:**
