We are looking for an experienced Program Director who is agile, who will operate within our framework, but also knows how to tailor it. Someone who has a good feel of when to bend and when to be firm. Scope management will be a big part of the customer relationship. Good communication skills and the ability to negotiate with the customer will be important. **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience with life cycle management + Bachelor s Degree + Experience or equivalent experience of 10 years in a Program Manager III role + Experience working in a development or production environment + Ability to lead cross functional teams (ie Engineering, Quality, Operations, etc.) in the execution of complex tasks + Exhibit sound interpersonal skills to interface, coordinate, and negotiate with company personnel and functional leadership + Very strong presentation and organizational skills + Highly adaptable with a high degree of initiative + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to drive plans to closure + Actively manage leadership relationships to maintain a win-win of program execution and future business + US Citizen + SECRET Clearance + Ability to obtain SAP level clearance **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Master s degree + Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification + Have taken negotiation, stake holder management, leadership or export controls courses + Operations management experience + Preferred clearance level: Top Secret **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $153377 - $260743 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
