In Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions, we provide next-generation threat detection and countermeasure solutions to provide unparalleled electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability The Electronic Attack Solutions (EAS) International Program Director will: + Lead a large-scale international program and be accountable for total program execution through all lifecycle phases from requirements through sustainment + Provide holistic leadership to multiple integrated contracts while promoting a positive culture emphasizing teamwork, inclusiveness, and a fundamental respect for each person s / organizations contributions + Make complex and strategic decisions as the Prime contractor in a fast-paced environment + Collaborate effectively with senior USG customers, industry partner co-prime, and foreign general officer-level representatives to resolve customer issues of a complex nature + Deliver clear and concise executive level presentations and messages to enable the leadership team and stakeholders to quickly assess the health and needs of the project + Integrate multiple large contracts across the product lifecycle to ensure the achievement of stringent project objectives, budgets, and schedules by analyzing performance measures and taking relevant corrective action, as necessary **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Program Management: Proven senior program manager on large, complex projects responsible for all aspects of project objectives (performance, quality, schedule, cost, customer satisfaction) + Strategy & Problem-Solving: Advanced conceptual thinking in complex and/or completely new situations with the ability to develop and execute an entrepreneurial strategy to shape the strategic direction of a complex program + Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding customer and stakeholder relationship skills, within and outside the business, with experience presenting to senior leaders and customers + Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills developing large teams, and coaching/mentoring program leads with the ability to achieve results through others + Collaboration Skills: Ability to collaborate across product areas and functions to develop a high-level of total program cohesion + Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate at a high level with internal and external customers and partners to achieve program goals, meet business requirements, and optimize stakeholder satisfaction + Demonstrated leadership in Safety, Code of Conduct/Ethics, Diversity, Security and culture + Risk and Opportunity management skills at a portfolio level + Potential to advance to the Program Area Director (PAD) level + Active SECRET clearance **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience leading international Foreign Military Sales (FMS) or Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) programs + Deep understanding and experience leading programs as a Program Manager in all phases of the product Life Cycle (Development, Production, Sustainment) + Experience leading concurrent agile development and production programs + BAE Systems Leadership Development Program Graduate + Capture Management Leader experience + MBA + Active TS/SCI clearance **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $150370 - $255630 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
