The Global Strategy, Operations & Performance (GSOP) team serves as a Center of Excellence within GMNS focusing on enterprise-level strategy, performance management, and operational delivery. We're a fast-moving, high-impact team tackling the company’s most important priorities. The Director, Go-to-Market & Change Enablement, will drive a cohesive and coordinated change management approach across GMNS and will be responsible for driving clarity, consistency, and action in support of cross GMNS initiatives and enterprise-wide risk, compliance, and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of high-impact communications strategies, drive stakeholder alignment across global functions, and ensure smooth and effective change adoption at scale. **Key Responsibilities:** + Change Strategy: Develop the change enablement strategy aligned with business goals and priorities, including identifying stakeholders, impacted groups and change readiness levels + Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment: Facilitate alignment between senior leaders across GCO, Compliance, Control Management and Business Operations and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed throughout the lifecycle of initiatives and change + Communications Governance: Align with project owners and relevant leaders across 1LOD and 2LOD to embed change within project plans; Serve as the primary hub for consolidating cross-functional initiatives and transformational initiatives into clear, timely, and actionable communications. + Training & Support – Identify training needs and raise awareness across Field Enablement, Control Management and project teams/project owners; In certain cases, partner with stakeholders to develop training or amplify existing training across GMNS + Program Management: Establish and manage a structured intake, prioritization, and execution model ensuring clarity, sequencing, and delivery excellence **Qualifications:** + 7–10 years of experience in communications, change management, program management, or a related field, ideally within large, matrixed organizations. + Proven success in managing communications and change strategies for enterprise-wide compliance, risk, or operational transformation programs. + Strong executive presence and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. + Experience translating complex, cross-functional initiatives into colleague messaging and action plans. + Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority. + Expertise in stakeholder management across business, legal, and compliance organizations. **Qualifications** Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
