Productive, organized, self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong work ethic and be able to lead a team effectively.Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.Proven ability to work cooperatively and influence others with high degree of professional ethics and integrity.Ability to develop legal strategy and objectives.Experience with international labor and employment issues, especially Canada, Singapore, and the Czech Republic is preferred.Experience with various types of workforce-related issues.What you need to be successful:
10 years combined experience in labor and employment law practice, either at a law firm or in the labor and employment practice of an in-house legal department. If the experience is with an in-house legal department, a global company with manufacturing operations is preferred.Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year university is required.J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school is required.Good standing with at least one State Bar is required.Experience with U.S. union negotiations is preferred.Experience in domestic and international ethics and compliance and investigations preferred.Experience leading a team is strongly preferredWhat we offer you in return:
