Education & Location:

Bachelor’s degree in an accredited university is required. MBA degree is a plus. 

Experience and Background:

Minimum 10 years of experience in Aerospace fasteners sales. Minimum 5 years of management level experienceProven interpersonal and leadership abilities to proactively lead a team of managerial and professional people and to interact effectively with individuals and groups both internal and external to the company and at all organizational levels. 

Skills:

Analytically oriented and able to effectively problem solve and deliver on objectives. Display innovative thinking and creativity. Flexible and able to work with all levels of the organization. Ability to multi-task.Demonstrated dependability and ability to work independently.

You will manage and coordinate the activities of the European Customer Service of the HFS Business Unit (Sales Administration), business analysis and Global contract management. You will organize and optimize the Services so that they are as efficient as possible and support the achievement of HFS' overall sales objectives.You will be responsible for defining and implementing your perimeter strategy.You will direct, guide and coordinate all the resources (human and technical) in your area in order to achieve the defined objectives.You are responsible for and achieving the operational and financial performance of your perimeter.You represent the company and the Group to the stakeholders in your area.Depending on the level of expertise in the job, complementary activities may be expected and entrusted in the job

Support the development of the sales strategy for HFS, in coordination with other members of the sales team and the various resources within the Business Unit.

Set ambitious objectives for your scope and implement action plans to achieve HFS's growth objectives. 

Lead and coordinate the activities of the teams and departments under his/her responsibility (European Customer Service of the HFS Business Unit (Sales Administration), business analysis and Global contract management). 

Support the development and execution of the European Customer Services in coordination with the commercial, logistics, operational and engineering functions.

Liaise with HFS's various locations around the world to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Work closely with sales and marketing, product engineering, and research and development departments to provide technical sales support and manage various projects for customers.

Participate in the development of designs, configurations, project and facility programming, within established policies and procedures, and coordinate communication with customers and the market.

Provide sales and technical support to customers and suppliers for a wide range of products and applications.

Oversee and evaluate the technical aspects of supplier performance against business, technical, and quality requirements. 

Coordinate the overall integration of aerospace projects and programs.

Carry out personnel management responsibilities, including recruitment, task assignment, performance appraisal and other personnel management requirements, in a timely and professional manner.

Identify the key competencies of team members to enable them to work effectively and efficiently, in accordance with the needs and strategies of the company, and develop the skills and knowledge base of the team.

Ensure the application and compliance with all protocols related to the fields of safety, health and the environment throughout the organization within its perimeter.
