The Global Access Strategy and Pricing (GASP) Precision Medicine & Lung Cancer Director role directly impacts the ability to achieve business objectives by supporting the development of strategic guidance on access, pricing, optimal reimbursement, launch sequencing, patient value, and evidence generation for the Precision Medicine & Lung Cancer franchise.
The Precision Medicine & Lung Cancer franchise is one of the prioritized Oncology franchises and consists of products recently post DP3, with pre-DP3 indications, and pre-launch and in-line products. The franchise includes the following products: Braftovi, Mektovi, Lorbrena, Xalkori, Sigvotatug Vedotin and PDL1V. The objective for the franchise strategy is to advance the treatment of lung cancer through next-generation backbones of treatment and novel combinations from our internal portfolio and with external combination partners.
This position will function with a ‘One Global Access and Value’ mindset and work in an aligned manner with the Breast GASP team, other GAV colleagues (USMA, HV&E), and Country Access & Value colleagues. The role will be most heavily focused on indications for Braftovi and Mektovi. This person will support the advancement of the integrated value and access strategy (IVAS) in partnership with the cross functional team and aligned to the brand strategy. The IVAS will optimize the long-term value of the products by optimizing the pricing & access strategy including indication launch sequence and evidence generation plans. The position reports to the GASP Precision Medicine & Lung Cancer Team Lead within GAV.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead generation of payer insights and support the translation into clear and cohesive integrated value and access, pricing and evidence generation strategies for key markets to support the Precision Medicine & Lung Cancer FranchiseProvide subject matter expertise and support critical strategic discussions at Senior Leadership forumsDeliver clear recommendations relating to payer strategy, pricing and reimbursement, analogue case studies, evidence generation, data collection and value propositionParticipate in virtual cross functional teams including representing GAV at Commercial Subteams, and at the GPT. Coordinate and lead projects related to specific asset threats and opportunities
