Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Director, Food - Nutrition Services you will plan, administer, and direct all location activities related to food service.
Every day you will manage financial accountability, ensure compliance with standards established by CommonSpirit Health and regulatory agencies, and lead food and nutrition services departments. You will also establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments to provide a unified food and nutrition service experience for patients, residents, visitors, and employees, and implement training programs for dietary staff, assuring that established policies and procedures are maintained.
To be successful in this role, you will effectively manage all aspects of food services, from financial oversight and regulatory compliance to team leadership and interdepartmental collaboration, ensuring a high-quality dietary experience for all.

Job Requirements
Required
Minimum two (2) years hospital nutrition management experience OR three (3) years of high-volume food service management experience Registered Dietician or Certified Dietary Manager within 24 monthsSERVSAFE MANAGER upon hire Servsafe General Certification within 60 Days
