Director Field Execution Services
**Position Purpose:** The purpose of the Director, Field Execution - Services is to provide strategic leadership and direction for HDE and HDI businesses process improvement. The associate will be responsible for the sustainability of field processes and driving process improvement initiatives. This includes developing a governance strategy and tool for pushing communications and projects to the field, with the goal of streamlining and simplifying the process for the field and reducing touch-points. Additionally, this includes measuring field performance and consistent execution of processes and projects through development of a leadership checklist/survey utilized for branch visits. The aggregation of this information will be used to further improve processes and execution. Associates in this role will oversee development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and building processes to ensure consistent execution. This will span all operational processes, including compliance, workforce management, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and accuracy. The Director, Field Execution - Services will partner and serve as the consultant to field teams to drive quality field implementation and evaluating delivery excellence and capabilities of key initiatives. Associates in this role will be responsible for Oversight and direction of the roll-out and implementation of solutions related to strategic initiatives - providing leadership and strategy guidance cross-functionally to the General Manager and Divisional leaders, Sales leader, Product Management, Contact Center, Marketing, Merchandising, HR, Learning & Development, Compensation, and Finance. The associate in this role will oversee field resources assigned to support the HDE and HDI divisions with tactical activities such process-related problem resolution, as well as supporting change management. **Key Responsibilities:** + 40% Develop and execute strategy for governing communication and projects rollouts to the field, with the goal of streamlining/simplifying the process and reducing touch-points. Measure field performance and consistent execution of processes and projects through development of a leadership checklist/survey for branch visits. + 40% Support operational process improvement initiatives including mapping key existing processes, designing improved future-state processes; provides leadership and strategic guidance. + 10% Oversee development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). + 10% Oversee field resources assigned to support the HDE and HDI divisions with tactical activities such process-related problem resolution, as well as supporting change management. **Direct Manager/Direct Reports:** + This position typically reports to Sr. Director, Operations and Transformation, HDE & HDI. + This position has 5-10 direct reports. **Travel Requirements:** + Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time. **Physical Requirements:** + Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. **Working Conditions:** + Located in a comfortable indoor area.
