Director Enterprise Applications Delivery
**DESCRIPTION** **Director, Enterprise Applications Delivery** provides functional application development support, configuration and new process realization within our enterprise corporate systems, specifically focused on payroll and time & labor. This position will lead the collection of business requirements and analysis through meetings with users, peers, external partners and company management to determine the best solutions to meet the needs of the business. Further, this position will ensure the creation of reports, queries, business cases and presentations at the appropriate level of detail to provide decision/business support. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Develops roadmaps that take a strategic view of the work and ensures that portfolio roadmaps align with enterprise business and technology objectives. + Directly accountable for portfolio project and capital & expense budgets + Ensure design, development, change control, software testing, deployment, and maintenance meet quality delivery standards + Communicates strategic direction in alignment with organizational priorities and vision. Make enterprise-wide contributions + Provides technical leadership for industry trends in responsibility + Monitoring dependencies across multiple-interrelated programs and projects + Accountable to ensure outsourcing vendors meet organization's standards and policies, negotiate service level agreements, performance/quality metrics, contractual obligations and conform with organizations code of conduct + Monitor compliance proposals and enforce compliance standards to stay in conformity with local regulations + Accountable for periodic vendor compliance assessment and audits to identify areas of improvement/deficiencies and work with teams to address these to ensure user satisfaction, compliance, and delivery + Enforce service level agreements related to financial, operational, and quality deliverables Leadership Characteristics: + Fosters an environment of cross-functional collaboration, inclusiveness, information sharing and problem solving. + Demonstrates commitment to exceptional customer service through effective and appropriate use of communication channels + Drives for results in a high performing organization to deliver business benefits and operation excellence. + Perseveres and maintains a positive attitude in the face of challenges + Build trusting relationships with vendor partners, business partners and peers People Management: + Identifies and develops key talent and develops team to ensure the skills and talent are in place when needed + Foster belonging, learning, innovation, and continuous improvement. + Plans for change by anticipating and addressing likely resistance areas and concerns of impacted groups + Manages a team of direct reports but overall responsibility of entire IT Corporate Systems team + Demonstrates commitment to exceptional internal/ external customer service through reinforcing communications, learning opportunities and recognition/ rewards **QUALIFICATIONS** **Minimum Education and Work Experience** + **Bachelor’s degree required** in a relevant field + **Ten (10) or more years of experience** in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Information Tech service management, or business process management or a combination of education, training, and experience may be considered. + **Eight (8) or more years** of Information Technology (IT) Leadership with two or more Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation end-to-end cycles. + This role regularly interfaces with business users and leadership + Previous Project Management, Process Improvement Project Product Management.
