Job Summary
The Director (Operations) at Mary Francis Bachmann School works as a leadership dyad with the Director (Curriculum) at the Mary Francis Bachmann School responsible for overseeing the strategic, administrative and operational functions of the School. This position requires a dynamic leader with extensive education / school management experience, capable of guiding the school’s day-to-day operational initiatives, fostering culture development (student and faculty), and ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational services to students and their families. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic vision, and a commitment to continuous improvement to support the school’s mission and growth objectives.
Job Requirements
Education (including licenses, certifications):
Bachelor's degree in social work, education, management or related field required.Master’s Degree preferred.Experience required and preferred:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience with education, public health, community outreach coordination and/or supervision of staff required.Bi-Lingual (Spanish) strongly preferred.Knowledge of child development, education services/programming and requirements strongly preferred.Skill Competencies:
