Role details: Title / Designation: Director – Digital Sales Location: United States Salary: 210 K USD Role & responsibilities: Acquire new enterprise clients for digital solutions and services. Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Build and manage a strong pipeline of net-new opportunities. Engage C-level stakeholders to identify business needs and pain points. Position digital offerings (cloud, data, AI, automation, ERP, platforms) as transformation solutions. Lead discovery sessions, pitches, and commercial negotiations. Partner with pre-sales and solution teams to develop proposals. Achieve new-logo acquisition and revenue targets. Candidate requirements:

 

7+ years of experience in hunter-style digital or enterprise technology sales. Proven track record of new logo acquisition and consistent revenue growth. Strong understanding of digital technologies and enterprise solutions. Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities. Ability to manage complex, long-cycle consultative sales processes. Highly driven, resilient, and growth-oriented mindset.
