General Summary
Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all contracting, procurement coordination, project financial management, project management system administration, and document management functions within the Design & Construction (FD&C) division. This role ensures that capital projects are supported by compliant, efficient, and transparent business processes including contract development, budget tracking, financial reporting, lifecycle documentation, and system workflows. Oversees the teams managing contract execution, Oracle requisitioning, project controls reporting, and the division's project management system, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and regulatory compliance.

Minimum Education:
Work Experience:
15+ years Experience in facilities design and construction, including large-scale capital projects. Required and5 years Experience in managing and leading multiple project management teams. Required and5 years Experience in higher education, healthcare, government or large institutional environments. RequiredDriver's License Statement:
Must possess a valid driver's license in the current state of residence. Driving record must meet requirements established by WellSpan Risk Management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of design and construction delivery methods (e.g., Design-Bid-Build, CM at Risk, Design-Build).Ability to manage complex budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships.Familiarity with sustainability standards such as LEED.Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities.High level of financial acumen and analytical skills.Ability to balance competing priorities across a large project portfolio.Proficiency with project management and financial tracking software.Experience with capital project delivery and construction contracting.Proficiency with project management systems (e.g., e-Builder, Procore, Unifier) and enterprise financial systems (Oracle, SAP, or Workday).Strong knowledge of contracting processes, financial reporting, and document control.Expert knowledge of AIA contracts.Benefits Offered:
