On the Data Solutions & Operations team reporting to the Senior Director Data Solutions & Operations, you will be responsible for aligning data architecture with business goals, standardizing data practices, and enabling scalable enterprise data solutions.

What your day-to-day will be like:
Lead a team of data architects in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutionsLead the execution of a multi-year data architecture roadmap aligned with business goals and our Enterprise Data Strategy.Provide architectural oversight on major data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical constraints.How you will collaborate with others:
Partner with business, analytics users, and technology team members to understand data needs.Work with data engineers and platform architects to ensure architectures are technically feasibleWork with Enterprise Data Architects to ensure data architectures align with the Enterprise target state data architecture.Participate in solution review sessions, Architecture Collaboration Council meetings, Enterprise Data Strategy reviews and director-lead collaboration sessions.What deliverables you will take ownership of:
Definition and approval of architectural principles, patterns, and standardsMulti-year data architecture roadmap aligned with business priorities and the Enterprise Data StrategyWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
Ten (10) years of professional work experience in Technology or related fieldFive (5) years of work experience in data architecture, enterprise architecture, or related data management rolesFive (5) years of experience in a cloud data environmentThree (3) years in a leadership positionHands-on knowledge of modern data platforms (cloud, data lakes/warehouses, real-time streaming) and integration patterns (ETL, APIs)This is a hybrid role and would require you to be near one of our three US office locations (McLean, Dallas, Memphis)Travel up to 15%It would be useful if you have:
Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experienceTwelve (12) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related fieldFive (5)+ years working in an AWS cloud data environmentWHAT IT IS LIKE WORKING FOR HILTON
