**Responsibilities** The Director of the Critical Access Hospital (CAH) is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of multiple departments. The position ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient care and ancillary services while maintaining financial stability, regulatory compliance. This role requires a dynamic and experienced healthcare leader with a proven track record of success in a rural healthcare setting. + Oversees the day-to-day operations of designated departments, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. + Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient safety, quality of care, patient satisfaction, and financial performance. + Identifies and implements process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and improve patient outcomes. + Ensures adequate staffing levels and resource allocation across all departments. + Participates in developing and implementing the hospital's strategic plan in alignment with the organization's mission, vision, and values. + Leads the development and implementation of new programs and services to meet the evolving healthcare needs of the community. **Qualifications** **Education and Experience** + Bachelors Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, Required upon hire. + 4-6 years Progressive leadership experience in a hospital setting, Required upon hire. **Overview** CHI Williston Health, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed by the alignment of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, have a variety of skills from clinical to project management.
