You will lead projects that span IT system implementations, business process improvements, contract lifecycle management, and the establishment or consolidation of operating entities. Responsibilities
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple concurrent projects across departments and business units.Facilitate project meetings, including executive briefings, stakeholder updates, and status reviews.Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure alignment with business priorities.Track deliverables and action items to closure using available project management tools.Partner with subject matter experts to establish and monitor project budgets and track actuals against plan.Translate business needs into clear project requirements; collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.Oversee system rollouts, including testing, training, production deployment, and post-launch support.Coordinate cross-functional activities related to contract setup/close-out, entity launches (subsidiaries, joint ventures), and entity consolidations.Proactively identify risks, monitor project health, and implement solutions to maintain scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
Qualifications
10+ years of professional project management experience in a corporate or consulting environment.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.5+ years of experience leading cross-functional project teams.Proficiency with Microsoft Project and/or Planner, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven, with a proven track record of working independently and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
