Director - Corporate Development

Job Description

This role is responsible for managing partnerships and new business development across the organization including operational M&A, partnerships, vendors, joint ventures, programs which accelerate the company’s artificial intelligence (AI) efforts, and other development and growth opportunities. They will lead the negotiation and execution of partnership deals on behalf of the company.  

Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing partnerships, joint ventures, operational M&A, and business developmentStrategically plans and secures new market opportunities for growthExecutes, negotiates, and operationalizes partnership deals on behalf of the companySources and manages critical technology and vendor relationships for the companyLeads the ideation and creation of new project development initiatives and analyzes new business opportunities to determine future opportunitiesWorks collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams and external partners and stakeholdersKeeps up to date and informed of industry trends, competition, and new opportunitiesLeads the strategic execution of AI initiatives and serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and ITIdentify high-impact partnership opportunities in AI, machine learning, and data infrastructureAlign AI project roadmaps with broader business strategy and innovation goalsEnsures initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the Wynn standardsOther job duties as assigned 

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in related field, MBA preferred. Strong financial acumen requiredMinimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in business development, project management, private equity, and/or consultingStrategically-minded, capable of analyzing and prioritizing complex opportunities to drive operational improvement and shareholder value   Significant experience negotiating and executing joint ventures, partnership agreements and contractsAbility to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written formsExcellent communications and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts and internal staffExcellent organization and efficiency with demonstrated attention to detailAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Good judgment and the ability to handle stressful situationsHighly computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and other related business tools
