En CGI buscamos un/a Director Consulting Services para nuestro equipo de Servicios de Consultoría.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Desarrollo de negocio:

-Colaborar en la identificación de oportunidades de negocio
-Mantener y fortalecer relaciones con clientes actuales
-Participar en la elaboración de propuestas técnicas.

Gestión de clientes:

-Servir como punto de contacto con los clientes asignados y gestionar relaciones a alto nivel
-Monitorear la satisfacción del cliente y coordinar acciones para alcanzar sus objetivos
-Brindar soporte técnico en proyectos clave.

Gestión de equipos:

-Coordinar equipos técnicos de consultoría, siguiendo las mejores prácticas de CGI
-Apoyar el desarrollo profesional del equipo.

Gestión de proyectos:

-Seguimiento de indicadores de proyecto. Asegurar la correcta ejecución de las iniciativas asignadas

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

-Experiencia en proyectos y servicio dentro de clientes del sector bancario y financiero
-Orientación al cliente y buenas habilidades de comunicación
-5 años de experiencia en consultoría tecnológica o roles similares
-Se requiere nivel de Inglés medio para desempeño profesional
