Director Client Solutions
**DESCRIPTION** As a **Client Solutions Director** , you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. You’ll lead the planning and execution of high-impact retail initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and serve as a key liaison between clients, field teams, and business operations. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + **Lead strategic growth initiatives** , including new business development, capacity and resource planning, and profitability management. + **Represent the company and principal clients** during the negotiation and execution of in-store special projects, ensuring accurate billing, reporting, and post-project analysis. + **Build strong relationships** with clients, field management, and internal teams (including Impact Business Operations and CORE Grocery/Walmart) to foster collaboration and drive results. + **Define and communicate category requirements** , goals, and expectations to the Retail organization for seamless execution. + **Refine category frameworks and collateral** to ensure clarity and consistency across all retail touchpoints. + **Coordinate project setup** in internal systems and ensure timely, accurate billing and documentation. + **Analyze and report category data** in partnership with Retail Analysts, delivering insights that inform strategy and enhance performance. + **Develop internal project recaps** to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. + **Identify revenue enhancement opportunities** by reviewing project data and preparing supporting documentation and presentations. + **Partner with Client Solutions Managers and support staff** to ensure alignment and execution across all initiatives. + **Contribute to the design and enhancement** of proprietary systems and tools as needed. + **Travel as required** to support client meetings, project execution, and team collaboration. + **Perform other duties as assigned** , contributing to a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education & Experience** + Bachelor’s degree preferred. + Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or retail services. + At least 3 years of experience in relationship management, client services, or business development roles. **Skills & Competencies** + Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders. + Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to present effectively to clients and internal teams. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales support software platforms. + Skilled in analyzing sales and marketing data to develop actionable insights and effective sales presentations. + Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. **Technical & Operational Requirements** + Comfortable operating standard office equipment (e.g., computer, printer, fax, phone). + Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed to support client meetings and project execution. **Personal Attributes** + Strategic thinker with sound judgment and decision-making capabilities. + Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. + Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment. **Physical Requirements** + Visual acuity and color perception. + Willingness and ability to travel. \#DsicoverYourPath **ABOUT US** Acosta is a part of Acosta Group – a collective of the industry’s most trusted retail, marketing and foodservice agencies reimagining the way people connect with brands at every point in their shopping journey.
