The Group Leader and Program Director plays a dual leadership role, combining direct service delivery with strategic program oversight. As Group Leader for the STRIVE Initiative, this position is responsible for implementing high-quality, evidence-based group programming for adolescents aged 10–15, with a strong emphasis on trauma-informed care, and equity for historically marginalized youth.
In their capacity as Program Director of the Brief Treatment program, the individual provides overall leadership and clinical oversight, including staff supervision, hiring, team building, and fostering the development of clinical skills across the team. This role also serves as the primary liaison with the Department of Mental Health, coordinates referrals, and acts as the first point of contact for families and youth. Additionally, the Program Director shares back-up and on-call clinical responsibilities with other Children’s Services managers.
