The Director of Business Operations will lead the development and implementation of operational efficiencies and strategies to support profitable growth of the North American Sales Agency team. This includes leading corporate supported strategic initiatives, M&A processes, continuous improvement/productivity projects with various business units, and supporting the overall sales agency by managing business operations including but not limited to COE development, sales enablement, financial and/or business analytics, supply/demand planning, standardization of administrative duties and other ad-hoc support as required. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** List and describe the jobs most important essential job duties and responsibilities in descending order. Use an action word (verb) such as prepares, calculates, operates, etc. to begin each statement when listing the duties and responsibilities. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** % Review, evaluate business procedures and where able leads initiatives to create efficiencies and support business operations and share “best practices” (e.g., client reporting dashboards). 20% Plays a critical role in sales agency annual planning process by developing effective strategy and operational plans including detailed project plans, ensuring key budgets, KPIs, and SLAs are established and aligning corporate goals to strategic initiatives. 10% Develop business cases, define requirements, and implement methodology, processes, and best practices across sales agency functions. 25% Leads cross-functional teams to deliver on executions from discovery to post implementation phases. Successfully transitions mature projects to steady state business team. 20% Partners with shared service business leaders to improve and scale the business including but not limited to business insights, global business services, finance, IT and human resources. 10% Attract, motivate, engage, and retain talented individuals on the team. Develop internal talent, lead and champion efforts and methods to inspire and guide individuals toward higher levels of performance. 10% Appropriately manages vendors by providing operational, service level and leadership support to 3PL providers, technology functions and other support services vendors as required. 5% **Education Required:** What is the minimum and type of formal education requirements needed to perform this job?
