The Director of Business Development is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives in the Bakken shale play within our Products Pipelines business segment. Key Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)10+ years of experience in oil & gas business development, with a focus on upstream/midstream operationsStrong understanding of Bakken geology, infrastructure, and market dynamicsProven ability to close complex deals and manage high-value client relationshipsExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsWillingness to travel frequently within the Bakken region

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with gas processing, well services, and field constructionExperience with CRM and sales analytics toolsSafety and compliance knowledge relevant to Bakken operation
