Description

Provide specialized Trade Finance (TF) and FX solutions and advisory service to TD commercial clientsPromote Trade Finance and FX products and services to existing clients as well as prospectWork closely with external stakeholders and government bodies to provide tailor made solutions to clientsUndertakes sales activities to increase Trade Finance and FX share in the client's portfolio.Improve clients experience by coordinating the service delivery with various internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate with Relationship Managers activities for the development of TF and FX businessBuild strong client relationships by providing trusted advisory counselling on TF and FXConduct joint calls with Relationship managers to ensure joint sales goals are met, new revenue opportunities are identified, and needs of client are assessedObtain customer feedback on products and competitionEnhance client and TD network awareness and experience by arranging Trade Finance and FX Seminars/Training sessionsWork closely with other related departments like operations, FI, Treasury etc.. to ensure smooth service deliveryProvide feedback to management for future action and improvements of Trade Finance service and product requirements in relation to market needsLiaise regularly with internal and external strategic partners to provide updates on business developments opportunities, Business requirements and Strategy

Job Requirements

Keep abreast of new market developments and client expectationsSound experience in managing commercial banking relationshipsExcellent Communication and Presentation skillsDemonstrated interpersonal and relationship building abilitiesGood technical understanding of Trade and FX products and their associated risksBasic knowledge of latest ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) publications pertaining to trade finance Transactions
