Lead and inspire the sales teams to consistently exceed the Company's sales targets.Drive the expansion of the distribution channel by enhancing productivity and increasing the number of successful distributorsContinuously review and refine the distribution model to maximize its effectiveness.Ensure compliance with sales regulations and guidelines within the channelsCollaborate in the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing initiatives for the distribution channel, providing regular updates on progressSupervise and guide subordinates in executing sales and marketing strategies within the distribution channel.Foster the professional growth of the team by providing relevant training and guidance.Provide valuable insights and recommendations for the development and enhancement of Sun Life's products and services, ensuring their competitiveness in the market.Handle the ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

Skills and Experience

Excellent presentation and communication skillsExcellent influencing and collaborative abilities with both external and internal stakeholdersAbility to translate strategy into plans and actions.Solid knowledge of the pension market in Hong Kong, products, distribution channels and clientsExtensive experience of agency distribution channel managementSolid knowledge of MPF regulationAble to work both in a team and independentlyFluent in both English and ChineseStrong PC skills in Excel, Access and Word

Qualifications

Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent is preferableAt least 15 years prior working experience in pension or financial services related field with sales team management experience
