Job Summary

RWJBH is seeking a Director for APP Administration to oversee Oncology APP operations,

Essential Functions

The director is responsible for management and oversight of Oncology APPsDuties include but not limited to scheduling, payroll, evaluations, recruitment and education of staffFocus on development of clinical practice using principles that enhance quality and safety in the oncology service line

Education

Graduate from NP program with certification in adult gerontology or FNPPhysician Assistants need to have graduated from accredited PA program

Experience

5 to 10 years of clinical oncology experiencePrefer 2 to 4 years of leadership experience with demonstrated ability to build and maintain clinical teams

Licenses and Certifications

Current NJ APN/PA license requiredNCCPA certification requiredCDS requiredDEA requiredRN requiredBLS required
