Coaching Coaching - Soccer Director
Responsible for managing and improving all on and off the fields aspects of the boys soccer program.   Collaborate with the Club President and Director of Coaching on a daily basis Problem solve minute to minute logistics and implement workable solutions Assist in the creation and execution of strategic planning for the soccer operations of the club. Assist with the development, execution, and evaluation of all club programs. Expected to complete 15-20 office hours on a weekly basis (dependent among coaching schedule)

 

On-Field Responsibilities:  Head Coach of 2/3 teams Lead and coach travel, recreation and other youth level soccer programs. Plan fun, fulfilling and educational sessions for all participants and explain the different principles and techniques of Soccer Work with other coaches and managers to ensure the smooth running of all programs’  Manage your performance environment on and off the field by communicating 1x a week via email to each team. Complete annual player evaluations for all teams

 

USSF A or B and at least 5 years of experience in youth soccer.
