What the day will look like
+ Serve as primary intermediary between local staff and key internal stakeholders and partners; develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
+ Assist in the development and execution of strategy for combined corporate governance and executive compensation offering
+ Work closely with practice leaders across Rewards Solutions team to bring a holistic offering to the market; determine potential gaps and areas of opportunities for the local team
+ Manage critical and high-profile client projects from start to finish
+ Manage projects within agreed upon timeline and within budget
+ Act as point person for all methodology / analysis / output on each staffed project
+ Provide regular guidance and developmental feedback to junior staff
+ Drive thought leadership across our holistic corporate governance executive compensation offering
+ Ensure efficient workload management and research processes
+ Spearhead data transformation initiatives to drive productivity and efficiency
+ Assist in efficient tracking of team’s revenue and expenses
+ Assist in various ad-hoc projects

Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ A Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is required, preferably in a related field
+ A master’s degree or MBA is not required, but preferred
+ 8+ years of relevant work experience
+ Experience in the compensation industry, ideally with experience in executive and board compensation
+ Ability to collaborate well with colleagues in other offices in a fast-paced, consulting environment
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills, for interactions with clients and colleagues
+ Flexibility to work in situations where there is no unique right answer
+ Expert knowledge of compensation strategy, design, and implementation issues, including base pay, short- and long-term incentives and equity dilution management
+ Advanced project management skills
+ Advanced written and verbal communication skills
+ Proficiency in leveraging data transformation techniques and analytics tools to derive insights and drive tech-enabled solutions
+ Experience with technology-driven approaches to optimize processes, enhance decision-making, and deliver measurable business outcomes
+ Familiarity with data visualization, automation tools, and emerging technologies to support strategic recommendations
