Sodexo is seeking a Director Facilities Operations for our client-partners at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in beautiful Louisville, KY, to manage maintenance, custodial, and grounds. Our successful candidate will manage a large budget with a large staff, have excellent time management and leadership skills and mentor our integrated facilities team to positively influence our seminary students and family's well-being and create a healthy learning environment on our faith-based campus. Very strong technical skills with hands on mechanical expertise, a high level of emotional intelligence and strong professional polish are required for success in the role.
