About the IPC TeamAt PwC's Intelligent Process Centre (IPC), we leverage technology to deliver high-impact operational and managed service solutions that address complex challenges. Our work ranges from focused delivery projects to long-term service operations, tailored to meet evolving client needs. Your RoleAs the Director of IPC, you will provide strategic leadership and drive the continued growth and innovation of our services. You will be responsible for client relationship management, operational excellence, and expanding our service portfolio through proactive sales and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a multi-layered team
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
Drive sales activities for offerings, including solution design and proposal development.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to align IPC strategy with firm-wide goals.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and performance excellence.
RequirementsWe are looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in finance operations and shared services. The ideal candidate will have:
University degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
12+ years of relevant experience, including senior leadership roles.
Fluency in English language skills (German language skills are welcome)
Proven experience of leading teams in the financial services sector.
A track record of managing transformation projects and implementing process improvements.
Strong client-facing skills and experience in business development or sales of shared service solutions.
Deep understanding of finance, controlling, and reporting processes.
Experience working in multinational environments and managing cross-border teams.
Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership style

Salary: From 5000 EUR/gross/monthly
