Our Regional Leasing team is a corporately funded group that collaborates with all service lines to deliver integrated "One JLL" solutions for our clients.
As a Director | Regional Leasing Advisory (IPS), you will be a key member of this dynamic team, working closely with local Office Leasing Advisory, Work Dynamics, the iDesk, and business development teams across all service lines. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with senior professionals globally, manage client transactions, and drive business growth while upholding JLL’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1. Managing Clients (25%)
Oversee local delivery teams and execute a wide range of leasing transactions, varying in size, value, and complexity.Manage 20+ active transactions and 10+ client portfolios, ensuring strong relationships and seamless service delivery.Maintain robust communication with local Markets colleagues, external clients, and CRE stakeholders.Identify and resolve key technical challenges in transactions, proposing viable solutions.Lead local pitches, including delivery models, pricing, written submissions, and presentations.Collaborate with APAC markets teams to convert relationships into repeat business opportunities.Partner with Client Solutions/Transaction Management (CS/TM) to develop scalable, profitable delivery models for regional clients.2. Enhancing the Platform (10%)
Drive team performance to achieve sales and operational targets.Develop pitch materials, presentations, and market trend communications to support business growth.Implement systems to consistently engage regional pursuits and existing clients.Optimize technology tools (MarketLink, Business Development Call, Regional Tenant Representation).Track, analyze, and report on Regional Market team performance metrics.
3. Business Development (65%)
Identify target clients meeting Regional Markets criteria and develop pursuit strategies.Prepare tailored sales proposals, defining appropriate resources and delivery models for each client.Lead regional RFP responses, including pricing strategies, written submissions, and presentations.
Skills, Experience and Attributes
The successful candidate will be a collaborative real estate expert, looking to join a market leading platform to accelerate their career. Key skills & experiences required include, but not limited to:
Skills & Experience:
10+ years in commercial real estate, preferably in tenant representation, transaction management, or occupier services.Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or a related field.Deep knowledge of APAC real estate markets and practices.Strong IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.).Familiarity with JLL’s service offerings and "One JLL" objectives.Fluent in English (additional Asian languages preferred).Financial/analytical skills to support regional operating models.Detail-oriented with a structured, process-driven approach.
