• Are you looking to join a dynamic, inclusive team environment with a culture of collaboration and belonging?
• Are you passionate about translating complex problems into intuitive product experiences that people love?
Well, this may be the role for you. Ready to design what's next?
In this role, you will be a senior leader within ADP’s UX Design organization, leading design for Global Payroll experiences across our Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Every day, you and your team will be the voice of our users, turning insights into clear strategies, coherent systems, and accessible product journeys that scale across countries, regulations, and platforms.
To thrive here, you bring design leadership excellence and strategic product thinking from setting a vision and design strategy to orchestrating execution and achieving outcomes. You know when to push for bold innovation and when to simplify. You anticipate risks, navigate ambiguity, and coach designers to do the best work of their careers. Most importantly, you tell compelling stories: you translate complex ideas into persuasive narratives that align teams and influence senior leaders.
