Job Overview
Provide support for continuous improvement of the corporate compensation, benefits and incentive programs, globally. Provide expertise, support and consultation on compensation, benefits and incentive matters, globally with limited guidance and in support of strategic goals and priorities. Plan, develop, and implement new and revised compensation, benefits and incentive plans, policies, procedures, in order to be responsive to the business and company's goals and competitive practices. Assure company compensation, benefits and incentive plans are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations on a local, regional or global basis.
Essential Functions
Under the global framework and guidance, leads major compensation/benefit program initiatives.
Acts as expert, providing analysis, insight, recommendations and implementation plans regarding compensation/benefits programs during mergers & acquisitions considerations and actual implementation.
Designs and implements guidelines and practices across the region in line with the Company’s compensation philosophy that are externally competitive and managed within the organization's financial plan.
Ensures awareness, understanding, compliance and administrative implementation of the company Total Rewards philosophy.
Monitor compensation and Benefits trends in the region and sure organizations C&B strategy is competitive.
Manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations.
Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems. Approve actions on human resources matters.
Manage the annual salary planning process and other merit increase programs (e.g. CRAs) for employees in assigned region and/or business line.
Develops and/or participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's competitive position.
Provides internal consulting support to executives, HR and line management on complex compensation/benefits issues that address current business cycle and structure, legal restrictions, financial capabilities, political, cultural and economic forces of diverse countries.
Provides leadership, advice and support to management/HR to adapt Corporate compensation/benefits programs and to ensure consistent and equitable implementation of programs that comply with local statutory requirements and market practice.
Ensure compliance to all labor laws and policy changes by regulators for the region
Partner with local Finance teams to Budget for all policy and regulatory changes in Budget Cycle
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Req
Nine (9) years of experience in the design and delivery of base pay, variable compensation, sales compensation, and equity programs Req
Knowledgeable on legislation impacting pay/benefit programs. Solid foundation in compensation/benefit theories and broad knowledge of practices across the region.
Strong analytical and program management skills.
Ability to understand business strategy and plans.
Ability to work effectively within a multi-country/multi-dimensional environment.
Strong consultative skills and collaboration skills across organizations.
Ability to effectively interact with senior management and to respond effectively to sensitive or confidential inquiries.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $103,500.00 - $288,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
