Director, Treasury Controllership and Reporting
Insert detai The Director, Treasury Controllership and Reporting is responsible for all Treasury accounting, controllership, compliance, policies/procedures and reporting, including the identification and implementation of key KPIs in line with lean principles. This person will serve as the Treasury SOX leader and interface with E&Y and internal audit on all audit related activities. Finally, this person will oversee all project management for Treasury related activities and serve as the point person for coordination of all M&A integration activities. Accounting, Controllership and Compliance: + Identify appropriate accounting strategy for Treasury between shared service centers and Treasury and implement changes as necessary. + Oversee and ensure appropriate accounting for all Treasury related activities, including but not limited to, debt instruments, interest income, interest expense and hedging instruments. + Oversee effectiveness testing to ensure compliance with hedge accounting. + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to capital markets transactions, disclosures, and reporting. + Implement a comprehensive set of policies and procedures defining Treasury roles and responsibilities for key activities. + Act as the interface with both internal audit and E&Y on Treasury related audits. Project Management and M&A integrations: + Develop standard Treasury M&A integration playbook and lead coordination of Treasury related activities for M&A integrations. + Develop implement project management framework, including prioritization of key projects and implementation of cross functional operating mechanisms to achieve buy in and track all elements of cost and progress. Internal and external reporting: + Inventory, rationalize, simplify and standardize all internal Treasury reporting including identification of key KPIs + Act as Treasury Lean leader to begin educating and implementing key principles. + Lead Treasury input and review for all Treasury related financial disclosures and reporting.
