Responsibilities

Direct the travel operations team by ensuring the team meets expectations and goals. Oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure alignment with national policies and procedures.

Serve as a liaison between hospitals and travelers. Maintain daily engagement with hospitals.Oversee the operations of the organization’s travel, identifying gaps in staffing and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with leaders to align national initiatives with departmental key performance indicators.  Expand the travel program while meeting national goals and expectations.Ensure alignment of policies with national standards. Collaborate with the national Central Processing Department to synchronize onboarding and education requirements.Conduct training for new staff and ensure continuous education for the existing team.
Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
Additional Preferences Previous leadership experience managing an internal float pool or healthcare staffing agency operations strongly preferred.Previous healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
