The Director, Tier 2 Reseller Channel Sales is responsible for the channel management and supporting various sales strategies to maintain long term, trusted partner relationships and to grow sales revenues via our top T2/Channel Reseller partners and expand the IT Channel relationships. You will be responsible for owning Channel management and supporting sales strategy so as to maintain long term, trusted partner relationships and to execute successfully plans to grow sales revenues and expand strategic IT Channel relationships.

Job Description

Create a comprehensive Channel and Go-to-Market (GTM) sales strategy aimed at expanding vertical solutions.Manage executive level Channel Partner relationships (Decision Makers/Sales), Marketing, Operations and Service.  Develop Partner sales enablement plans to maximize growth opportunities across top Reseller partners.Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics, and implemented changes to the channel sales strategy as needed to maintain Samsung's market leadership position.Determine appropriate strategic channel partnerships to ensure team exceeds annual and quarterly IT Channel MP/SP sales targetsNegotiate pricing terms and conditions (SPIFF/SPA/Discounts) and demand planning with Reseller to ensure revenue targets are realizedTrack marketing investment program and ensure effectiveness and ROI on multi-million dollar investmentsDrive the business forward and deliver an increase in market share, increase in revenue, and other specified resultsCollaborate with Channel Leaders on GTM plans and subsequent business performance to increase revenue and profitability.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 15+ years of directly related channel management experiencePrior experience leading Channel Sales, selling to end Customers, Leading Sales teams and preparing Go to Market Plans with solid working knowledge of the indirect Mobility ProductsProven success working with Channel (Tier 2) and Direct Touch (Tier 3) enterprise sales covering multiple verticals, and a demonstrable track record in Channel Sales, Inside Sales, Operations, and/or Program Support.Understanding of solution selling – specifically around B2B Mobility SolutionsStrong track record of building collaborative IT channel relationship at executive levelsMust have demonstrated project and program management skillsPrior experience demonstrating ROI models

FULLY REMOTE – CAN BE PERFORMED ANYWHERE

The salary range for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, and actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, and comparison to other employees in the role.  However, the salary ranges in the following regions are expected to be as follows:

Colorado: $106,500.00 to $205,500.00NYC: $190,500.00  to $235,000.00Washington State: $182,500.00 to $225,500.00California: $190,500.00  to $235,000.00New Jersey: $190,500.00  to $235,000.00
