**What you'll be doing**
Reporting to the Senior Director, Fusion Threat Intelligence (FTI), the Director, Threat Intelligence Services, will be responsible for creating and operationalizing new service capabilities and optimizing and evolving existing service capabilities in support of tactical, operational and strategic intelligence activities handled by the team. This role will lead and manage initiatives focused on continuous improvement, technical advancement, automation, improved third party management and service capabilities development in order to keep pace with the changing threat landscape. In addition, this role will be responsible to build out existing and future partner engagements and information sharing activities. The Director will leverage broad knowledge and experience in the threat intelligence, and/or the fraud/security management space with strong experience in capability development.

**How you'll succeed**
+ **Strategic Thought Leadership** – Provide support to the Senior Director of FTI, Fusion leaders, team members, and peers as required to support delivery of Fusion programs. Build and maintain vision and roadmap related to Threat Intelligence. This includes technologies and security services in support of Cyber and Fraud Intelligence, Geopolitics Monitoring, and Corporate Security investigations. Provide input into business case development to gain and maintain executive support for the Fusion Threat Intelligence program.
+ **Intelligence Program Management Knowledge –** Identify potential opportunities to improve how we operate, take action, and contribute to issue resolution as quickly and efficiently as possible. Undertake improvement and capability development projects with internal and external stakeholders.
+ **Automation and Innovation Enablement –** Drive the evolution of threat intelligence capabilities through pragmatic automation and innovation. Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase analytical impact by leveraging automated workflows and data driven intelligence products. Partner with Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, Fraud, and other key stakeholders to translate intelligence requirements into actionable, automated outputs that support the bank’s detection and response capabilities.
+ **Support to Peers & Key Stakeholders –** Support complex issues related to threat intelligence operations as an intel and/or fraud/security practitioner. This will also entail support to other FTI team members in the production, oversight, and peer-review of proactive briefs while supporting existing operational intelligence tasks when volumes/complexity of work increases from time to time.
+ **Relationship Building –** Develop and manage relationships with management and business leaders, including guiding collaboration with security pillars, as well as intelligence sharing practices both internally & externally.
+ **Leadership and Team Player –** Contribute to the development of the threat intelligence capabilities within the Fusion Threat Intelligence team including the growth and development of highly skilled intelligence analysts. Motivate and manage employees through constructive and respectful feedback encouraging performance excellence.
+ **Service Delivery and Governance –** Manage the health of the Fusion Threat Intelligence services, product backlogs, service rollout, and continuous improvement. Effectively govern service risks and steer complex situations towards resolution. Share regular reports and key insights with the executive team.
**Who you are**
